The Holding Space Certification Program will enable you to:​​

  • Develop and describe your personal approach and philosophy as a facilitator, including your authentic presence;

  • Create a personal mindfulness practice which you will use throughout your facilitation journey and beyond;

  • Expand your self-awareness so that you can be more effective in your work with others. 

  • Design and host dynamic, distinctive virtual and in-person meetings and gatherings;

  • Organize and structure the flow of a meeting or conversation to ensure that a group’s objectives are achieved;

  • Learn how to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all; 

  • Gain knowledge of how to plan a smooth-running and impactful event – and what to do when things do not go according to plan
